You can sugarcoat it any way you want. Right now the Sox blow arse and are in last place. Again, these are the teams the Jays must beat to get to the playoffs.

Derrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrty Sanchez.

Nice to see Sanchez pitch extremely well in his debut (2 innings, no hits, 2 Ks). His was interviewed after the game and was absolutely giddy...seemed like a nice kid.

Bautista is amazing. Not only did he hit a homerun, but he showed excellent smarts on the run he scored, taking a huge lead at third and being able to beat out a throw home on an infield grounder. Really, really heads-up play. The Jays are very lucky to have this guy.

Also, Janssen bounced back after a couple bad outings.

Safe to say that Boston fans now have intimate knowledge about how good Stroman is.

Good rebound for the Jays after the blowout. Nice to see some really strong pitching.

They're tied for a wildcard spot right now.

Next up for the Jays, 3 games in NY. Time to break that streak... need to get some wins in NY.
