Makes for fun discussion on a lazy Sunday...davetherave wrote:Hey Shabbs, see what you started with the Spezza-Neil "Desperate Hockey Wives" thing...LOL
Well, if they pack it in that easy and won't play for pride... then boo on them and Murray should be paying real close attention to who and who's not putting in the effort.davetherave wrote:Mike Eastwood is on the pregame right now on Team 1200 and he suggested the Sens knew their season was done before they stepped on the ice last night...therefore more than a few passengers. Its not written in stone yet, but its looking pretty damn likely. Here's hoping he keeps getting better and becomes the second line scorer that the Sens so badly need.

Especially with the way we started this season.
I'll admit I'd previously half-dismissed Foligno as being a jack of all trades-type third liner. He didn't seem to have the skill to beat players with finesse, the bulk to beat players with power, or the speed to blow past players.
But hopefully all of that will come in time.
