Assuming this happens, I'm fine with Regin getting his feet wet in the NHL on the 4th line. Do you really want to throw that guy out there for 15 minutes in a game vs. the Caps for his first NHL action? If you want his offensive skills to shine through then give him some PP time which is a somewhat safer environment.

You want to put in Bell? Against Washington?? And you're serious?? And how, exactly, is the lowest scoring team in the league supposed to make up for the two goals-against that move virtually assures us? There is no way they should have - or obviously would have - done that.
Schubert has been a hell of a lot better on defense than fickle fans give him credit for. That doesn't mean Lee isn't on his way to retaining his spot when Volchie is back, but Schubert is giving him a run for it.

And, even if all lines remain intact, Ruutu and McAmmond have enough skill to make good use of Regin. They would be smart to switch Ruutu and Vermette, so the bottom two lines look like this:

Ruutu-Kelly-Winchester
Vermette-McAmmond-Regin

but they probably won't break up the Vermette-Kelly-Winchester line.

And they should take it a step further and switch Neil and Winchester so the 2 and 3 lines look like:

Foligno-Fisher-Winchester
Ruutu-Kelly-Neil

but, again, they won't...
