Sometimes I don't approve of Neil doing that at all. Like...dude...worry about the game first, the crowd second. If I was on the opposing team, it would fire ME up.

Well It seemed to get the crowd into it and they seemed to like it so I'm all for it.

I think the fight gets the crowd going on its own, and that he can leave the cheerleading to the ...... hey, wait a minute.....we need freakin' cheerleaders! Then Neil can focus on just doing his job. Pretend I never wrote that....back to Neil.

Emery says there's cheerleaders dancing right behind his goal at some arenas. Talk about home-ice advantage -- they could get the girls to dance only behind the opposition goalie. Make wraparound plays that much easier.

The crowd isn't boring the hockey is boring. maybe the crowd is a
little boring but the style of hockey Ottawa plays doesnt help.
The no hit, no intensity, and no passion game doesnt exactly bring
excitement. Ottawa puts me to sleep 9 times out of 10. So
much more entertaining to watch other teams like Vancouver, Edmonton,
etc. play.

Even when Ottawa had a more exciting team, the crowd participation in Ottawa is lame. I'm just as quiet at the games though, so I guess I have no one to blame but myself.

Perhaps, but lets face it, in a Political/Conservative city like Ottawa, I'm not shocked...

A friend of mine said he jumped up and whooped when the Sens scored and about a dozen people sitting around him shot him this disgusting look for making a spectacle of himself... To me, that's truly pathetic. Those types belong at the NAC or NAG, NOT SBP in my view.
