Sens sign Tim Conboy and Lee Sweatt for Bingo/Kinrade leaves

Tim Conboy gets a 1 year, 2 way, Sweatt gets a 2 year, 2-way.

Kinrade has left for the Czech League.

Conboy's a real head scratcher, not sure why we needed another tough guy, but I'll admit to not knowing a whole lot about either.

I just can't believe the 'Blood & Sweatt' combo is in play, and I'm the only one excited about it!

I'd be super excited if and when Blood leaves his NCAA program and forfeits his degree to play pro hockey in Binghamton, NY.

Blood's a damn monster. I'm 6'1" and he was towering over me at the development camp. Huge guy, destroyed a couple of guys in front of us. He's a very, VERY intimidating individual. I'm very excited about him coming to Bingo (and just for you, I'm excited to see a Blood and Sweatt pairing), but don't get too excited until this time next year IMO.

TSN lists Conboy as both a forward and a D, so I guess he'll be the big D-man for the bottom pairing.

Didn't he score that one goal against us in the playoffs? I think it was his first goal in a year or more.

No idea. I believe he was called up in the NHL when he was with CAR, about 2 years back, but I think he actually played forward. From all accounts, tho', Carkner sounds like a pretty good comparison.

Now that's a good one... "Blood & Sweatt" with Tears on the other side of the puck.

I guess you could look for a guy named Beer, or Fehr, or Weir?

Closest I could find was a kid in the Atlantic hockey league named McTeer.
