Resign Campoli but not Picard? I'd do the opposite.

That's just my opinion, the numbers should be close on either one. I'd keep Campoli personally...

I would keep both and trade Kuba, just because of cap space. We could give Volchie Kuba's money.

I'd deal Kelly while he's looking good. Winchester and Smith can backfill that spot easily.

I like Campoli over Picard, but Picard is too good to lose for nothing. Sign both.

No one's getting Picard for nothing. We'll take a mid-round pick please.

Kelly is a good player and worth his salary. I like The Sens depth up the middle as of now. No reason to trade him in all honesty.

As or Campoli vs Picard... I dont know to be honest. I would see what is out there for Kuba first.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but Kelly has truly deserved his salary this year. I can't imagine the Sens being anywhere nearly as good without him, Ruutu and Neil right now.

I would also seriously consider looking at what the market would be for Kuba, I haven't been impressed since we signed him last deadline. It was a meteoric rise, then a horrendous fall.

Kuba saves 3.7 mil on the cap right away, Picard isnt that far behind him in terms production if he was given his time and I think they are looking at Campoli to be paired with Karlsson going forward.

A Trian/Phillips
Karlsson/Campoli
Carkner/Picard

Looks ok to me, depends what happens with A Train as well. Wouldnt be in a rush to trade anyone on The Sens blueline yet anyways.

The guy The Sens might be looking to trade could very well be Leclaire given how Elliott is showing flashes of being a true number 1, not there yet but the only thing that will get him there is expierence.

I agree, but you can't keep all the players that are good and worth their salary. Besides, you can't really trade players that are no good and aren't worth their salary.

If you need to save money, you have to consider moving Kelly because there are cheaper options coming up pretty quickly.

I don't see that happening personally. Elliott had the chance to completely take over the number one spot when Leclaire was out for the month and he didn't really lay claim to it. He's been absolutely amazing recently, but I have a feeling the Sens brass will wait to see some consistency before trading Leclaire.

If that's the case then they need to get Leclaire back and find an excuse to get him some games and hopefully get his game back because right now his value couldn't me much lower IMO.
