He's pleading guilty to assault of that infamous hockey fight...

is the judge stunned or something? He attacked someone that didn't want anything to do with the fight and pounded him pretty good, I am pretty sure if I did that out in public just because, I would have had the book thrown at me. meh, whatever.

We're in Canada, no one gets the book thrown at them... LOL

and besides with all the media attention, I can bet he'll think twice next time... It was a spur of the moment thing, we've all done stupid things, especially while playing hockey, I know i've been guilty of throwing the first punch.. A few times

Now what he did was a little overboard, but by no means did I ever expect he'd get jail time or anything, nor would I really want him to, way to big of a precedent...
