There would be no reason for q team to take hammond. It will be between methot and MacArthur and smith or maybe Lamar as well if we add a forward this summer

Funny, you remind me of the guy who said that Hammond was basically ready to be our number 1 guy.

Regardless, if Hammond gets control over his Dung play on the PK, he'll have good numbers and could potentially push into that conversation. My understanding is that Vegas has to select 3 goalies. He could be a good 3rd option, in theory.

I believe Hammond should be our number 1 to be honest. Averagson is getting too old and e should be exposed in the draft

Which three do you protect? Phaneuf has to. Then you have 2 of Ceci, karlsson and lindholm to protect. I don't like that.

I suppose. I guess I'm just saying they have 29 teams to trade with and Hammond could take a step forward from last year. His 5on5 SV% was out of this world last season. Just sayin'.

The more I think about it, Methot might be safe in the draft. I'd have to see who every other team is leaving exposed though. There will be a lot of good dfefencemen available.

I did the simulator the other day and there were a lot of dmen. The top forwards were Vanek, Moulson, and Wingels.

Long overdue. Not so much the firings but McLean is the cream of the crop and he deserves to be hosting that broadcast.

I heard Cherry's segment will actually be bigger.

There is a much bigger story brewing, though. SNet is losing a ton on this deal. No Canadian teams in the playoffs certainly did not help but it goes even beyond that. They were running games (even the Finals) out of Toronto, not sending a full complement on the road, just to save money.

Watch your cable bill go up. Luckily I'm on a 2-year contract and was planning on switching back to Fibe after that anyway.

BTW, you can have HBO, Netflix, Crave TV and Shomi all for about the same one price. It costs me $12/month to add HBO+TMN. Do that for 3 months of the year during GoT run (and if I want to catch up on any of their other shows, just watch older episodes On-Demand). Then switch to Netflix for 3 months. Then Crave TV. Then Shomi (in my case I get Showmi for free already). They are each in the neighborhood of $9-12/month and none of them have enough content to last you 12 months (unless you dilute the quality of what you watch). So just cycle among all four of them.
