Total sense is the St.Louis Sucks or the Columbus Blue Jackets or even the Rangers to be honest.

How does Forsberg factor into the return being disasterous? The return would be disasterous because all the pieces we would want - ie Josi, Hornqvist...and whatever else they have...would likely be 'off limits'.

I've for sure mentioned Nashville but I don't believe he waives to go there, that's why I never talk about it.

I think he ends up in St.Louis still.  This is shooting the s*it on what he could bring back, that's it.  Once he gives his list then things will be interesting but until then it's just blah blah blah.

Not a fan of Forsberg in the least.

Why not? As a 19 year old, they were raving about him playing in the AHL.

Don't think he's hard enough, he's a little weak, not anywhere near being totally developed either... would he be a nice piece to have?  Maybe but I would def take Jarnkrok over him.  Would probably take Salomaki over him as well.

Still think Stewart ends up in Ottawa... good possibility it fell through because he was injured.

Yeah, it sounds like he was injured.

Edmonton, LA/SJ, Anaheim, St. Louis, Tampa, Edmonton, Nashville, Calgary, Colorado, Dallas, NYI, NYR, Phoenix, Washington all make sense to me on potential trade destinations.

The bolded he for sure won't waive for.

SJ maybe but that team is going to throw a grenade in the room so might scratch that off the list.  LA maybe, depends what they do in the playoffs.  Anahiem, St.Louis, Dallas, NYR, and Phoenix all make a lot of sense, no question.

If they trade Forsberg for Erat, tells you exactly what kind of prospect he is, i.e. not that good.

If they trade Forsberg for Erat, tells you exactly what kind of prospect he is, i.e. not that good.

I think Washington thought they would get a little more out of Erat, lets be honest.  That said they traded Forsberg pretty quickly and he wasn't all that great in his first stint in the NHL but he's also playing in a Nashville system. 

He's not great but I don't think he's all that bad either, Nashville just has better prospects IMO two of whom are Jarnkrok and Salomaki.

To be clear, I didn't say jack Dung about Stewart. I never said once that I wanted him or that I thought he was coming here. That was all you jack-a-ninnys.
