Jesus, do we need to put you on suicide watch? Let's just relax for a minute. This isn't 100% on Spezza. In fact, I wouldn't even put it 50% on Spezza. It's a team issue.

Regardless of what people think it's something we're all going to have to let play out and I for one am hopeful that things turn around and that this whole team, including Spezza, can figure it out. I'd be surprised if much changes in terms of player personnel this season.

Probably the most accurate thing posted. This is where you see what you got from Neil, Spezza, Phillips, and Anderson. Those for are playing for their lives as Senators.

Team was never good defensively under MacLean and relied on hot goaltending to make up for it. They have to hope the young D-men improve unless they can swing a trade.

If Anderson or Lehner struggle a bit they're in trouble.

I'd put this on management for having too much faith in the young D and not adequately replacing Gonchar. Cowen and Wier are not ready.

Hopefully their faith will be rewarded.
