Don't try to go after Subban. Go after Markov -- he's slower and more brittle. Eller won't be back this series, I don't think.

Gallagher is coming awfully close to getting a goalie interference penalty; he's also getting close to drawing a cross-checking penalty from Methot and Cowen. They need to figure out a better way of getting him out of there.

That period was one of the worst I've seen through sens played. They just stopped playing. And the faceoffs are terrible

Why? Even the Leafs loving CBC said there was nothing wrong with the hit. Even Gary Galley said it was okay.

It was a suicide pass... Diaz should not have made. He is as much responsible for it as Gryba.. He shouldn't even been penalized. If Shanahan gives him any games.. then there is bias in this league..

They penalized the result -- not the hit.

Same as DaCosta getting slammed through the centre of the ice with his head down by Phaneuf. Same as Alfie getting nailed by Mark Bell quite a few years ago...

I hope Eller is okay.. I never want to see any player injured...

All the guys on the TSN panel said that it was a clean hit, even Kerry Fraser.

It just looked really bad when he was lying on the ice with blood around his head. I hope he's o.k. but it shouldn't be a suspension. If anything Eller should be mad at Diaz.

That hit is such a big deal in terms of the series in general. Habs are afraid at this point and totally lost out there.
