Nothing like Gallagher. He was getting right outside the crease and Methot was getting dangerously close to getting a cross-checking penalty. Just couldn't move him. They'll figure it out -- PMac played in a time and day when they knew how to get annoying pests out of the crease. There's something to be said about a goalie stick made of wood.

Did he get the assist on the winner? He pinched to keep it in -- as much as Alfie made a great play earlier (as well as the assist itself) it would have been wasted effort if Karlsson didn't do that.

His speed is not there yet, but his stamina is fine. 29:11 ice time. He had over 9-1/2 in the first. I was wondering if he'd hit 30. Came close.

I think he's shown some real flashes personally. Sometimes not great, sometimes really fun to watch. Hopefully he continues to evolve.

Important not to get too caught up in this victory. There were a ton of negatives this one, but encouraging to see them still pull out a victory. Alfie was the main man on that winning goal.

Oh and apparently Anderson lost a tooth when he got that puck shot in the face. And then he continued on to make 48 saves. THAT is LEGEGENDARY

i think this was the kind of hit we were saying a few years ago gryba was able to deliver. ma watch the Diddle out!!! It looks clean to me but barely! i really hope it is!
