People have the opportunity to vote him out in the next election. What if Ford is re-elected and it's very possible he will? What then. Will they strip him of his democratically elected rights again or at least try?

The people opposing Ford at this point are just as bad as Ford himself because they continue to prop up the gong show in Toronto. When is someone going to say "he's not going anywhere, lets get down to work".?

Even if they did, they still can't remove him. As per the municipal laws, only until he's actually physically incarcerated in jail can they remove him. And you know he would appeal until the cows come home and he ran out of appeals to prolong it.

If the cops had enough to arrest him, they would have by now. Everything is circumstantial from what I gather. More wiretap info coming out in the next few days...

The crap that went down today in City Council actually helped Rob I think. The council looked like a bunch petty idiots hell bent on a personal grudge against the Ford's. Next election will certainly see a big change, and I would not be surprised if Rob Ford won again.
