He''s like Alfi on defense, can get by just by out thinking the other team. The guy is a difference maker and his experience is and could still be valuable next season. I don't see any reason why you wouldn't extend him if they truly want to make a run next year.

I wonder if he would agree to a deal right now and I also wonder if he'd want 2 years. I have no idea either way, but we wouldn't get him at much of a discount. I'll be curious to see what Murray and Melnyk do on this one, he's stepped up hugely lately.

Just as important - how much can we re-sign Latendresse for? It'll be more than I initially thought, but it'd be worth it. Looks great and has allowed Turris and Alfie that extra second or two in the offensive zone.

Turris hasn't scored without Latendresse in the lineup

And hot damn, Silfverberg and Zibanejad are amazing together, building chemistry by the game.

What the hell did Lehner mean that he couldn't remember much when he was talking to Mendes? Is he actually Cussed up from that hit?

Why? If they're willing to spend, they could certainly add Perry.
