Really disliked Zibanejad's game. He's absolutely not doing anything at this level, he's got a choppy stride, he looks like an AHLer, unless this is just a really rough patch.

Not impressed with him in the least. Thought he has had some good games but he's limited in what he can do and my opinon hasn't changed on him one bit.

nobody looks good except Da Costa. Easiest shutout in history of the NHL tonight.

Touch road ahead. Kids look good though. Lots of promise. Need to get the experience and build.

I don't know what Zibanejad has been doing lately, he looks 2x slower than he was in the AHL.
DaCosta and Condra are awesome. The rest are really average.
We had like 20 open shots and couldn't buy a goal. Same story against Carolina. I don't think Alfie has hit as many posts in one season in his career and we're 15 games in.
We need some serious goal scorers, and not just because Spezza and Karlsson are out.
I'll talk about Corey Perry in every GDT until we get him.

let's rip on the golden boy Silf who was actually expected to contribute but does nothing but play the perimeter and is very slow. Time to sit him for a game.

Both of them looked overwhelmed, but only Z-Bad actually looks bad. That said, Murray has to do something, it's good to have some young players on your team, it's quite another to have 3/4 of your lineup like that.

No, Silf looks bad as well, and he's supposed to be so much more advanced. At least Zibanejad goes to the net. He had a great tip on Scrivens in the 2nd. Silfverberg is too predictable. Zibanejad should be in the AHL right now though.

The team is done but Murray will do something for sure in the next week or two.

Diddle most of these players should be in the AHL.

Da Costa is the only bright spot right now IMO. He's got some serious skill.

Sure it has. Re-read what you said about him when he got drafted.

When I have I flip flopped on Zibanejad once? Said he has limited hockey sense, upside is Mike Fisher, and think he's going to be a decent NHLer. People who have him penciled in as anything other than a 2nd, 3rd line tweener are nuts. If he turns into a Fisher type there is nothing wrong with that.

Yeah Zibanejad should really be in the AHL. He's 19 and hasn't played in North America enough, with all the injuries.

33 is getting chances, playing hard, and doing his job for the most part. Puck wasn't going in for him and it probably wont change for most of the year. He's been a ton better than Zibabejad, it isn't close. Much like it was in the AHL.

Outside of the last few games, that's Dung and you know it. Silf isn't getting any chances other than long shots off the rush.

He should be a ton better than him, and he hasn't been.

Da Costa looks great, Silfverberg looks decent and has most of the year, DD hd a solid first outing, Turris was getting up and down the ice prety good but didn't create much. Anderson looked great again.

Besides a lucky deflection off the foot of a Montreal D man and a good first couple games, Zibanejad has been awful. No issus with ho Silfverberg is playing because he is always in the right spot, gets his chances, and gets pucks on net with consistency Only thing missing in his game is some finish right now ans that wil come with time much like it did in the AHL.

I dont care about production, I care about players doing their job. Zibanejad hasn't done a thing and truth be told if DD plays another game like he did tonight he will knock 93 off the top 6.
