Feel awful right now. Any other player but Karlsson, even Anderson

Watching a goalie make 50 saves a night is fun and all but 5 to 6 will ed up behind him.

If Columbus offers up LA's 1st and a prospect for Anderson, do you take it?

Why would Columbus give up that much for Andy ? They suck even with a good goalie and they'd have to get rid of Bobrovsky or Mason whom no one will take.

Jarmo will be building long term there just like we are. He's gonna use those 3 1st rounders.

Because no matter what your team looks like you need a goaltender. Columbus doesn't have one that can cover up for the mistakes of a really young team like Anderson has for Ottawa. Lehner is ready, he deserves the shot and Bishop will be right there to push him.

Well I'm not getting into this again with you. All I will say is I always wanted Lehner to steal Anderson's job not have it handed to him.

No goalie on earth can steal Anderson's job right now. I'll ask again, if Columbus offers up LA's 1st and Erxion do you trade Anderson?

Dude the season is over, IF we get some very good pieces coming back you have to consider it. It is also a very good time to give Lehner a lot of NHL games.

Yup, Lehner should get the starts pretty soon.

Andy will come down to earth at some point. His numbers are unsustainable.

And what's Erixon ? I just know about his dad, he can't make the Rangers or the Jackets roster.

LAs first might not be much as I don't think they'll be this bad at season's end.

What are the chances Erixon or LA 1st will net us a player that will have as much impact on the team like Anderson does ?

Depends on what the offers are I suppose but I still don't feel good going in with 2 rookie goalies next year. Almost every team out there has 1 vet.

Decision point coming for the Sens now... Murray's got some big questions to answer... hopefully he has the plan...

Lehner is an NHL goalie man. He's the AHL MVP and the best player not in the NHL. He deserves the net. As for Anderson if you can get a kings ransom for him it might not be the worst idea.

Karlsson will likely be out until at least the Olympics. We are back on the rebuild schedule. Move Anderson now. Move Gonchar at the deadline. Let Spezza take the whole season to recover. Pick a stud forward in the draft. Enjoy next year.

What's that based on?

From what is said from experts on twitter, its 5-7 weeks out, then rehab. Should be 100% by end of summer.

Achilles take about a year to recover from. Best I have ever heard of was 9 months, worst is about 14 months.

Sure if you can get a king's ransom then I'd move anyone(except EK of course).

I still think he should steal the job. Even you always said if prospects want to make the Sens, they need to outplay someone else and take their job. Internal competition and all that.

Mind you that is for a rupture, a laceration may be different, so I may have jumped the gun.

Laceration isn't as bad as a full tear so we caught a break there. He should be 100% when he recovers (whenever that is).

Can't steal the job when you are in the minors. Only reason he is there is because there are 2 one way contracts on the roster.

Say the Sens lost 4, 5 in a row with Anderson in nets and the season is done (which it will be), is it or is it not the perfect time to get both Lehner and Bishop games? Is it not time to put Lehner in the nets because there is absolutely no downside to it at this point.

You gotta see how long Karlsson is out for first before making an decisions... if it's over a year than you move Anderson.
