What's the best software/site/whatever to download movies and shows?

I usually support the artists and filmmakers and buy my stuff but iTunes movies won't work on my new phone. So what's the best alternative?

I get my movies at isohunt.com

I use eztv.it for tv shows. And like shabbs, isohunt for movies, music and software. Got to support isohunt, being Canadian and all (not that I actually donate or anything).

Yes, I have blu ray for that. This is just to put on a phone to derp around at school and whatnot.

last time I downloaded a torrent, the main e-mail of the house (the Rogers account) got an e-mail saying it is illegal to do that and we may deactivate your account if it continues, or something to that effect...will that happen if I use one of these sites?

icefilms.info provides direct links to high quality video files hosted by various hosting sites - no torrents.

That's interesting... I've never received an email or notification like that... and I've download 100's of gigs of movies from isohunt.com and others.

Downloading a torrent is only illegal if the content of the torrent is illegal. Many software projects distribute their free apps via torrent sites, which is perfectly legal.
