Yes, it is. What else could a non-playoff team ask for?

7 of the top 10 are defenceman. Yakupov and Grigorenko are the 1st and 2nd ranked respectively.

Doesn't matter for Sens fans, Ottawa will be drafting somewhere between 20-30.

Sad This season is a disaster. Man, I sure wish we could get us some Yakorenko or whatever.

At least it's not a fiasco. Sarcasm

How does that improve the team?

Would you rather 1st overall pick in a draft, or 14th overall? Anyone that says 14th is lying.

I could also see Tom Wilson of the Whalers as a guy the Sens would be high on. They get to see him play if they scout Noesen a lot, and he has a similar skill set as Noesen. He plays PP, hits, , plays physical, fights (2 fights today), and is just scratching the surface as a prospect. Big guy too at 6'4" 200+ lbs.

Stats on the year: 37 games, 7 goals, 15 assists, 119 PIM

Odd that Button doesn't even have Grigorenko in the top 5.

I'm convinced he has no idea what he's talking about.

I like his opinions. He was bang on last year.

there's nothing wrong with him not liking Grigorenko as much as others

It's just odd when someone omits a player that is basically a consensus top 5, even top 3 pick. I'll post McKenzie's ratings.

Apparently a scout referred to Grigorenko as a cross between Chad Kilger and Nik Antropov.
