Two on the road to start the series would be massive! What a hell of a run these boys are making!

Nice rebound game for Lehner. He's faced 30 shots now, and the BSens are still leading 3-0 with 3 minutes to go. Checkers pull Murphy.

KK should REALLY be considered for coach of the O-Sens

Eight straight road wins is one shy of the AHL record. Lehner with a 35-save shutout after being pulled. I think he got a 36-save shutout the last time he got pulled. Call him the rebound kid.

BSENS WIN!!!! YAHOO!!!!!

Potulny with 2 goals gets the 1st star. Lehner gets 2nd star with the 33-save shutout. Keller's 2 assists good enough for 3rd star.

Let's see if they can take a 3-0 stranglehold. This is something the O-Sens could never do. Well, not never, but I think it was just once, after going up 2-0 that they won game 3.

Next three games will be in Bingo. At this rate, next two, and that road trip to Bingo will end up being a sight seeing trip. The B-Sens should organize something just in case there is a sweep.

Am I getting ahead of myself? Yeah, a little. So sue me.

The scheduling is wonky. They start the series on Thursday and play back-to-back nights, avoiding a perfect Saturday night game. There are no concerts and the Bobcats aren't in the playoffs. Too early for school graduations and the spring commencement -- whatever that is -- for UNC Charlotte is at a different venue. There must be some other even but still. Attendance was 6,532 which is not bad (it's a 14,000 seat arena but they close off the upper deck so it must have looked pretty full). You figure they would have gotten a better crowd for a Saturday night or, ugh, even an afternoon game.

Then it shifts over to Bingo and they play Tuesday and Wednesday back-to-back. Somehow, magically, game 5 falls on Saturday. If there is a game 5.
