Is that new? I didn't know there was a San Marino in Kanata. Not that I know *what* San Marino is, but I just didn't know there was one. Not that I know *every* pizza place in Kanata, but anything else to offer to the kids as choices to draw them away from Pizza Pizza is a welcome addition.

It's in Barrhaven. Pretty close to Kanata South though

a good Kanata place is Tommy's, near the Kanata Town Centre

My kids don't like Willy's. If I ask for thin crust and easy on the sauce then they complain less, but in general the one in Morgan's Grant is not very good. Had some just last Friday and even the girls complained (usually they don't).

Maybe the problem is that you're asking for both thin and thick crust when you ask for a "think" crust. You're confusing the poor pizza artists. Sarcasm

I only moved out of Barrhaven about a week ago, but I already miss San Man's.

I guess I shouldn't think when I'm typing Smile

There's definitely a problem with the Morgan Grant location. They've screwed me over on the bill once (discussed in a thread here a little while back), they've done some other questionable things regarding deals (my wife ordered two large and instead of giving her the deal price they just charged her for 2 large pizzas -- about $8 difference; I've done the same at Pizza Hut and other places and they automatically gave me the special), also saw a very uncomplimentary review on the YellowPages app on my BB.

Go try San Man's. You won't get a deal, just great pie.

I thought you should all know I'm having Heinz Ketchup on my BBQ burgers tonight for a late dinner. MMMM ketchup. I will say that I'd still eat it just as vigorously even if it were cheaper no name brand ketchup.

you know how you know it's good? a) the people working are Italian, b) they don't have a large menu with odds-and-ends like burgers, wings, etc. Just pizza and subs.

Best pizza in Montreal was always from a Greek shop, though.

Yeah. Montreal and smaller Eastern Ontario towns: Greek. Ottawa: Lebanese. That's how the territory is split up.

I'll get you started. In North Bay you can find a Don Cherry's but NO longer will you find the King Cone.
