Lost the TV to my oldest, and it's time to put the girls to bed. Keep up the cheering in my absence.

Quick check before I go -- we're outshooting them 20-11? Holy-moley!

Spezza gets called for tripping and is lucky that he got away with a dive. Don't do that. Bad Spezza.

Holy Dung, Anderson is wicked.

Butler hits a post. This is probably the most exciting 0-0 game I've seen.

I don't know that Leafs Sens one with Anderson's 47 save shutout was really exciting. Although we didn't nearly have as many scoring chances.

Man, I really hate Marchand's face. The guy whines, and his face bothers me. Didn't like him when he represented Canada at the WJC, and I don't like him now.

1-0 loss. I don't think we can ask for anything more at this point. Perfect.

Good non-win, boys. We beat the Flyers and just outplayed the Bruins (who are hot as h-e-double-hockey-sticks right now). Saw a couple of alarming Spezza plays, though.

So, from the original full roster we're missing:
- Alfredsson
- Fisher
- Michalek
- Kovalev (that's 4 of the top six, no?)
- Regin
- Kelly
- Campoli

I don't mention Leclaire because we're not missing him.

And we're playing better. Not really winning more, but playing better. Fans won't mind paying for these kinds of losses. And Pizza-Pizza can go back to 5 goals for a slice.

Now, too bad Bryan couldn't trade some of the parking lot attendants before the deadline. Oh, well, maybe at the draft.

Solid loss. Spezza's dive was embarrassing.

Decent game from the Sens. Crowd was into it tonight too though the attendance was just over 16,000.

Polutny has about 7 and a half minutes of ice tonight. How did he look? Can anyone give me their impressions please?

From what I saw of him, he didn't look too bad.

The team is playing like when Clouston first came here.
Good loss, TN is happy.

Like an AHLer. Greening was the guy that was most impressive of all the forwards along with Shannon. Svatos looks useless, Lassard is actually useless, and Spezza had his worst game in a while.

Lee looked solid again along side Phillips. Anderson is the real deal.

Wow, 16.8K only? Surprising. I guess all those Leafs fans can't bear to come out an jeer when they know that both teams playing will get a higher pick than theirs.

I read that Greening made a nice defensive play to help Anderson out. That's encouraging to see a young guy like that with a defensive conscience. Training camp next year is going to be SICK. So many guys are going to be fighting for spots. If I were Peter Regin, I'd be hoping I find my game again real fast.

Oh and this was one of the most boring hockey games I've ever seen. The best part of the game was when it ended.
