GAME DAY:New York Islanders @ Ottawa Senators - 7:30pm ET - TUE. Feb. 15, 2011
"Last is the new first"
The Ottawa Senators (18-30-8, 44 pts) host the New York Islanders (20-29-7, 47 pts) Tuesday night. Ottawa is coming off of it's second win of 2011 and first win this month in a 5-3 battle not to be the cellar dweller. Bobby Butler got his first goal and first multi-point game by adding an assist on the night. Elliott got the win and looked pretty solid as well. Regin and Kovalev seemed to rekindle that magic they once had which should help increase AK27's market value.
The Islanders, on the other hand, are coming off a lopsided 9-3 victory that saw plenty of dirty play, fines and suspensions. It also caused a media frenzy with Mario Lemieux's critical comments regarding the discipline handed out after the game. Zenon Konopka blasted back at Lemieux in an article in the Sun that just makes Zenon look worse IMO - Konopka rips Super Mario -
