Didn't see/hear too many good things about Gordon from NYI, especially Brendan Witt.

I can't stand the guy, but he makes some good points.

We draft the best player on our list. We don't draft by position. I think if you draft by position you make serious mistakes. I think your job as a general manager is to address positional needs by trade. I think at the draft you take the best player available.

Not bad at all, that D is fairly nice looking on paper and they've got some okay depth throughout the entire lineup. Health will be an issue though with both Connolly and Lombardi on the team.

Thanks for that, Stemp. They do look much improved over the last couple of seasons. I'm not sure how useful Bozak will be on the 4th line, but they actually look competitive. Also, there can be no doubt that BB is icing his team.

Mo guarantee Lombardi may play next season though

Had a concussion last year and missed all the games but the first 2.

So, is he cleared to play? Cause I thought players couldn't be traded if injured? Or is that bought out?

I thought the same thing, I'm not really sure why that is, but I guess you can move injured players in the off-season.
