Hasek was awesome. 28-10-4, 2.09 GAA, 0.925 SV%, 5 SOs.

Early Vezina front-runner prior to injury. Which Sens prospect is your personal favourite? - Page 2 521674

Hasek was the most skilled out of all of them, and maaan he was onto something very big that year. But.....he still didn't pan out like ottawa wanted cuz of the injury and basic refusal to play in the playoffs 2nd round.

Robin Lehner is by far my favourite prospect. I have a soft spot for goalies for sure and I have been excited about him since day 1. I truly believe he will be a star with this team for many years to come, I believe we have found our true number 1, finally!

Oh Hasek...it makes me cry to this day. Which Sens prospect is your personal favourite? - Page 2 521674 Why did he insist on the Olympics? He needed that time to rest...I'll never understand.

I gotta hope yes. we've had several stud D-men, great offensive weapons in the past, but what I'm really hoping for (even in the new nhl) is a goalie that will strike fear in opponents' eyes. Rhodes, Tugnutt, Lalime, Emery, Hasek, Gerber, Elliot, and Leclaire have all been decent. Out of the bunch, Lalime was the best one. But lets face it, he was a pleasant surprise if anything.

simon lajeunesse (sp?), mathieu chiounard (sp?), jeff glass, not one ever played in the NHL. It's time for a goalie to finally pan out for the sens, and that's why my favorite prospect (the one I'm most excited for) is Lehner.

Emery played in the NHL for us, if only for a little while... Kinda sad, isn't it?

Very. The knock on Ottawa has been that we've never had a bonafide number one 'tender. Its finally time to groom one of our own in Lehner

Patrick Wiercioch and Chris Wideman. There's something about an offensive defenceman that I really like and these two guys bring it in spades.

The great thing about these two guys is that I also see some serious defensive potential in these two guys that will make them great 2way threats.

Lehner, without a shadow of a doubt.

Cowen without a doubt i was soooo pleased when we drafted him. He is our most important young piece on the backend coming in, he will eventually have to fill some pretty big shoes to fill when chris phillips hangs them up . If he makes the team i want him to play with chris, experienced or not this guy will be a horse and log tons of mins. this will be our new shutdown pairing, the kid has the tools and smarts to do it . The way I look at these things is by assuming that the player (prospect) reaches full potential. If that's the case, then I'm most excited for Patrick Wiercioch because he could be a Norris calibre defenseman at full potential.

I see it with Wiercioch as soon as he gains some weight. Gonna be a fun player I think.

If you change "lots" to "looks" and add a semicolon, comma or dash, it's readable:
The defense murray is building looks awesome; it may be one of this best in the league in a few short years

I knew I could count on you Prages. Also changing "this" to "the" makes the transformation complete.
