Go back and you can see the same condisending tone and writting style with the same sort of comments. Let Rooney go check if he has the time because he seems to have a lock on the language thing.
My only problem with this N4L is sometimes you tend to leave the feeling of you and your opinions are gospel. It could be the way you write (hell i'm as guilty as anyone with what I write isn't received as I intended), or it could just be that you believe your opinions are gospel.
I hate that a discussion of hockey has become a debate about a person's true identity on a message board that allows people to remain anonymous. You're not a memeber of a NHL's team management, nor am I or anyone else here as far as I know. You're opinions, while often full valid arguements are just that opinions.
I have no problem with the way you defend your arguements or with the vigor that you do. My problem with some of the posts (mine included...guilty as charged) is that we tend to stand on the side of fact more than opinion. Only time will tell who was correct, but isn't that the fun of the debate more than anything else. Otherwise I guess we wouldn't be here to comment.
Remember that on the other end of the key board is person, and sometimes it's better and easier for all to just let things due off. Pride is a wonderful thing, but unless someone knows you personally does it matter. I guess it's age and my children that has etched this view into my life, as once I was a hard headed pride filled goon who wanted nothing more than to impose his will and opinions on society.
Now, I laugh more than I get angry. It makes life more enjoyable.
With that said..I'm right you guys are all wrong...GRYBA will be on the roster this year not Cowen or Wiercioch.
