earthquake of 5.1 hits Ottawa

I was sitting in the East Block courtyard in the parliament buildings, was pretty worried that those old windows would bust open, they were shaking pretty hard. Was pretty wild.

Was sitting in a Timmies on Bank and it was pretty ridiculous. A lady's wheelchair toppled and a few coffee pots fell over.

Funnies thing was that everyone in there, except one guy, just sat there drinking their coffee calmly like nothing happened. The one guy freaks out and runs for a doorway/out of the building, haha.

We felt it here in Toronto as well. Madness.

Was at Saaq (auto insurance) in Hull, and when it happened I didn't even move, and that woman was screaming madly then I realized maybe I should go out

Good thing that i live in Calgary

One window in our office building cracked. It was comical to see one guy bolt for the doorframe, even though we are on the second floor of a six-story concrete building. Door frames don't help then.
