Here's a banner I was just working on:

Excellent banner! Send it to TGOR.

The avatars are in the avatar gallery. You can go to the Avatar tab of your profile, click "Show gallery" and select "Site gallery" from the pulldown list. Then pick the one you want.

I don't know if it will load any faster if you use the "local" avatar or not, but it's worth a try. This page took forever to load.

Huh?

Correction. It won't make a difference, at least not with the avatars. They are uploaded to your profile, which is stored on the site. Unless site-gallery avatars are somehow cached it would not make any difference.

Although in retrospect, I don't know what they would do with it. You can't show it on radio, and I'm not sure if they'd put it up on their website.

There's one BIG reason to be excited about these playoffs. It will be our first with Ruutu on our team. This is why he was signed in the first place. Career highs in goals and points are a nice bonus too.
