Says Huet is probably (not confirmed).

In the Philly game, it says Emery is confirmed as the starter. I didn't realize he was back already.
Emery started last game for Philly.

...and sucked.
Yeah, he looked lost out there.

I would expect him to get a standing 'O' in the introductions... anything less and our fan base should be ashamed of themselves.

Results were better than what they're gonna be if they don't do it.

I'm gonna be there and despite having my 16 month old ( I know in an earlier post I said 17 months but I was wrong and I can't find it to correct it) in my lap I'll still stand up and join those that give him a standing O.

I hope there's a mad dash for tickets to this game but I have my doubts. First it's a Tuesday and second there were close to 2800 tickets left just a couple days ago. I think it'll take more than a 3 game road winning streak but hey ya never know.

Chicago is my favourite team in the West and probably my favourite team to watch. Tonight's game is going to be fantastic. Might end up in a loss but it will be probably the most entertaining game of the year (skillwise) at the SBP. If we don't sell out this one, we've got issues.

We've got issues then because we couldn't sell out a Leafs game or a Penguins game this season already.

It's a week day game and I personally expect around 17,500 as attendance.

Keep in mind that the ones grabbing the last of these tickets are probably casual observers that most likely still think Chicago is a bad team because they don't follow hockey.

No changes to the lineup for the Sens. Elliot starts.

Clouston: Spezza could play within a week, and Michalek could play as early as Thursday.

Yesterday on the justin.tv stream they had a chat going on and someone guaranteed Brodeur starts vs. Chicago because they drafted him. Haha. I would have liked to have seen him play, but the logic behind the guarantee was flawed.

There were some annoyingly obnoxiously idiotic fans there. Some guaranteed Sens would choke and lose 5-3 or something like that. Hubris is a Wing Dang Doodle.

I am going to d oa 180 from my rebuild rants and say the Sens might have the will to win and might just make a run here. This will be a test but I seen o reason why they cannot win. If the Sens have any intentions and hoeps of winning, they will have to be able to beat the best.

The big question mark is consistency. The Sens have a team capable of beating any team in the league with the system they employ and buy in from all on the ice. It also takes an improvement in goal-tending of course.

So, is Elliott starting because he earned it or because Brodeur is still feeling ill?

We'll never know...

Yes!

I thought there was a chance of Michalek playing tonight, but I didn't want to say anything. Thursday's good though. GAME DAY: Chicago Blackhawks @ Ottawa Senators - 7:30pm ET - Tue. Jan. 19th, 2010 - Page 4 805406
