The dude with the broken neck has not played a single game for them. It was an injury suffered in a bus crash last season (Albany). His rehab was not going well so he had to have another surgery in September. It's pointless to even say this is an injury because he never was a roster player (at least not yet).
Sens-killer Corvo is out, and that's good for us.
Staal is out because his sister-in-law recently passed away after a long battle with cancer. She was just 26. But that was four days ago and he may be back.
What I look forward to is a team that has scored fewer goals than we have, and has given up more than we have, and who takes almost the same number of penalties (although, frankly, who cares).
All that said, we're still going to need a strong effort from Leclaire.
