F Jesse Winchester is expected to miss at least one month with a knee injury suffered on Saturday night. Winchester went down awkwardly after colliding with Panthers D Keith Ballard in the second period of the game. He needed to be helped off the ice and did not return. Defenceman Filip Kuba also left Saturday's game after appearing to jam his wrist in the third period. He did not return to the game and is listed as day-to-day with an upper-body injury. - TSN

Shean Donovan and Alexandre Picard (healthy scratches) will be back in the lineup against Carolina Sunday night. - TSN

What did the lines end up being last night? I have no idea what they'll be tonight. I made a total guess.

Their missing Staal, that's got to count for something. And some dude with a broken kneck. Eoow.

I wouldn't say it is a must win, but a win here and there (2 of 5) would be good until Alfie and Spezz return.

The dude with the broken neck has not played a single game for them. It was an injury suffered in a bus crash last season (Albany). His rehab was not going well so he had to have another surgery in September. It's pointless to even say this is an injury because he never was a roster player (at least not yet).

Sens-killer Corvo is out, and that's good for us.

Staal is out because his sister-in-law recently passed away after a long battle with cancer. She was just 26. But that was four days ago and he may be back.

What I look forward to is a team that has scored fewer goals than we have, and has given up more than we have, and who takes almost the same number of penalties (although, frankly, who cares).

All that said, we're still going to need a strong effort from Leclaire.

This should be NBCs game of the week with all this star power.
