I just hope the intermission doesn't kill the momentum/energy/passion Canada had for the last 5 minutes of the 3rd.

I just watched the Eberle tying goal from last year. As per the call:

Gord Miller: EBERLE!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!

The exact same thing this year. Exactly.

For me, I'm not a fan of his misuse of Cowen. Did he even play tonight?

Also, he waited two goals if not more too long to remove a shaky Allen. It was evident early on that he didn't have it going. Jones should have been in nets after the 3rd US goal.

I feel bad Pietrangelo, who got caught up ice prior to the 3 on 1. He was a real force for this team.

The more pressing issue was that Canada lacked a disciplined system IMO. The US' was significantly better.
