Not good enough for the Blues (they waived him) = good enough for a team with 7 points?
I don't understand how this can help really. If they were serious about salvaging their season, I would have expected an actual trade.
Best of luck though, I still like the Canes (I'm not sure why, I think Staal's a punk).
