GMhockey league is finally created properly on ESPN

Not sure if I explained to you guys/gals the procedure behind trades in this ESPN league. I will use a scenario to try and best explain how this works.

Team A wants to trade with Team B, so Team A offers the package of players they want for the player(s) they are looking for from Team B. If team B accepts right away (that GM would also have the right to counter propose a trade to the GM of Team A), then the trade would go under review from the other eight GM's, if there are 4 votes against the trade, then it is vetoed and will not be allowed (which prevents stacking one team of course). If there are any questions about the procedure, please let me know.

okay now that I got that out of the way, am looking to upgrade my D a bit and have some depth at forward, if anyone is interested in some help at Forward and has some extra D depth, please let me know and we will start talking

I am so unhappy with my team. The auto-pick completely messed me up as I had no idea who was picked and had 90 seconds to think up a new strategy each time I was up. Grrrrr.

I have some pretty high-flying defencemen but none on the bench. I would need a two-player trade with a defenceman coming back to consider anything.

Other non poolies, who has the best team in the league?

I found myself in the same situation, but well, it was my strategy that backfired, was top heavy on forwards, but ranked D-men and goalies pretty low.

The computer picked for me - I'm looking to trade.

I have 4 freaking goalies, mine automatically picked for me too. Very sad business. TRADES PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm pretty damn happy with my team considering I didn't know the draft was going on until after it finished lol.

Actually yeah, me too. It's not as bad as I first thought.

well let the trading begin, am definitely looking for help on D and my goalies are not great either, so please make me offers or I can start making some. Malkin and Nash are untouchable at this point, but I might be persuaded different

that's what I have done, we can use this as a communication mode for the league just so you don't have to stay logged into ESPN all the time. you can tell SG I sent her a trade offer for her review and perhaps counter proposal.
