This is so important to the organization. From what I've read, he coaches an aggressive, no nonsense style. Good for O'Brien, Z.Smith, Condra etc.

I hope so, I like that he sounds very professional and serious about implementing his style of puck pursuit (which he called 'second to none'). Very exciting.

In all honesty, this could be the final stages for Z.Smith, O'Brien, Condra, Caporusso and even a guy like Zubov.

I wonder if Lee could benefit from half a season with him.
