Basically he said that he is really happy to be back. As for Heatley, he said he will be welcomed back if it comes down to (and would probably be realy hungry to prove himself if he did), but otherwise he wants to move on and hopes this situation gets resolved soon. He seemed to mimic lots of the statements Spezza said in his interview the other day. He also seems happy they Kovalev is here and that he won't have to play against him anymore.

Where are you hearing this from? Considering their finances, this doesn't seem too likely.

i've always thought Phoenix could be a good partner as they have some pieces but never thought Heatley would want to go there. That being said as a selling feature for Heatley he could help rebuild interest in Glendale this year and be the man next to Doan and JovoCop.

Where are you hearing this from? Considering their finances, this doesn't seem too likely.

With the league paying the bills and in a bind to keep that team in phoenix maybe they find a way to get heater there to resolve his issues as well. Heater brings in fans to Phoenix, the team becomes more competitive and it resolves a potential grievance and future CBA challenges between the league and NHLPA.
