Good news. What are the chances of him making it?

You'll have to wait to hear from someone like Asq or one of the other guys who have followed him closely. At least he is making the jump from NCAA to AHL, possibly even NHL (depending on his camp). He's a big boy.

Very nice. If he decides to pursue a career in hockey, he'll be a solid player. I thought he was pre-med though and might look at a career in medicine.

Regardless, nice signing.

Usually, guys who graduate from UNiversity can make the jump directly to the NHL, as their body is ready.
The question is how skilled he is? Can he crack the line up as a 3rd liner?

Oh yeah, he can make this team as a third liner. I guess that depends on how it goes in Bingo, but he's quite a good player.

Well, his NCAA career is over (now that he has gone pro), so I would assume that he has changed his mind and is focusing on hockey.

Yep, I was thinking the same. Interesting. He'll be really good in Bingo next year I think.

Bingo is in need of a makeover, as we all know. Hopefully a few of those guys earn a spot here.

I figured he'd make the jump right away. What could he learn in Bingo after 4 years in college? I hope he makes it out of camp.

I'd be shocked if he wasn't in Bingo for the next couple of years.

Yeah it's an entry-level deal, standard two-way, 3 years.
