I was in Toronto this weekend to catch two of their games against the Royals. I'd easily qualify as a Blue Jays fan, I still remember Carter's walk-off homerun.

I was at a house party on Bronson Ave... which somehow got "sponsored' by Labatt... the whole evening is a bit hazy but I do remember the home run and then the whole place going bonkers...SensFan71 wrote:PKC wrote:I was in Toronto this weekend to catch two of their games against the Royals. Now riding a 3 game win streak and holding position by keeping pace with the Sox and Yankees all with 6 - 4 records over the last 10 things are starting to look up for TO. There's still much work to do with a 13 - 17 road record but it's nice to see them putting some wins together.

Not a big Yankees fan eh? I suppose you either love'm or hate'm.
I hope the Jays can pull ahead and make the post season but I'm not holding my breath. We're stuck with the Yankees and Sox who almost always get in. The Jays have to hope for the Wild card this season I think. I'll keep hoping though.
