I wanted to do the "overlay" using the color of BS, but that logo is very dark for that.

My tools are limited. That one was done by copy/pasting an image into Word and overlaying some Word Art on top of it. Works great, but there's virtually no way to get a professional look doing that (to say nothing of the fact that I'm starting with copyright material in the first place).
