IIHF: Semi-Finals: Canada vs Sweden - 2:15pm EST - Fri. May 8th, 2009

The semi-finals get under way today in the IIHF World Hockey tourney in Switzerland. Canada faces Sweden with the puck dropping at 2:15pm EST. Coverage begins at 2:00pm EST on TSN.

The other semi-final is this morning - Russia vs USA @ 10:15am EST. Coverage begins at 10:00 am EST on TSN.

Canada will need to step up their game big time if they want to make it to the finals. Their effort in the Finland and Latvian games will not get them there, that's for sure.

First of all, those pictures are disgusting, and I'm really not kidding. Remember that there are women on this site and possibly kids, keep it clean, they look like porn stars.

Secondly, I think Canada will lose today, they are not good enough to beat a team like Sweden, IMO.
