And I wonder if the cut was from the visor or from the ice... hard to tell. He was admiring his pass for quite some time... in the "no no" zone...

Yeh I think it was the visor that cut him.

Watching this game, from what I could see, it was a clean hit and yes, Hudler was admiring his pass.

The cut appeared to come from the edge of the visor hitting his face when Hudler fell to the ice.

Hudler came back and looked like his usual self.

The officials did the wise thing by expelling Brown with a misconduct, as the game probably would have degenerated into a revenge contest.

I would have been surprised if a suspension would have been handed out.
