Remember...he's speaking 'Russglish'.

I doubt that is what Blysma is telling his Pens though, even perceived c0ckiness can get you in trouble, this is playoff hockey however, all the chips are down and what you say, can and will get used against you on the ice Laughing3

My thoughts exactly. And quite frankly, trash talking and such is the norm.

And SF, speaking on ice retribution: every time Kunitz is on the ice, mark my words, watch for #8 to come cruisin'!

Indeed he does seem to be calling it in 4... interesting. Certainly bulletin board material for the Pens.

I don't know, I personally took it as, when we win the 4th game to win the series, we'll celebrate. He has very broken English.

One of the most hilarious/pathetic things to watch so far re: media coverage was HNIC's Elliot Friedman trying to suck up to Ovie in the post game.

"When you shoot the puck like that," cooed Elly, "Is there ANY goalie in the league who can stop you?"

Ovie looked embarrassed...you could almost see the thought balloon above his head "Who is this jerk?"

And The Pierre McGuire BrownNose Award goes to...Elly "JellyBelly" Friedman!

Assuming the Caps are still riding high from their last performance, they will have to weather the Pens onslaught.
I'm REALLY curious to see how the Pens come out.

Oh, and am I the only one that thinks Bylsma (spelling) isn't the right fit? It seems like every time the caps scored (well OVIE more appropriately) in the last game, the camera would pan to Crosby first(what an expression, eh) and then pan over to the coach who, to me, always looked like a deer caught in the headlights...

Anyhow, If the caps take this game tonight, I'd be hard-pressed to think the Caps don't sweep.

Not at all. Wanting to see him (or ANY player really) get hurt is bad. Wanting to see a cry-baby do what he does best, nothing wrong with that at all. Smile

i think it is in the best interest of the capitals to leave him alone weather the initial storm of the pens and play their game if they start hunting kunitz then they will get off their game plan and make this game easier for the pens
