Wow, what a game. Glad I'm not a Caps fan or I'd be tearing my hair out. They had Huet and let him get away for this? He didn't even look like he was trying, or showed that he was upset when the pucks went in.

theodore was awful tonight hopefully for the caps he can play better or the caps are going out this round

Entertaining game. Lots of good play and a high tempo effort.

Theodore looks like Theodore - Washington will have to overcome that if they are going past the first round.

The King was the KING. Lundqvist is amazing. Period.

Theodore looked bad on every single goal.

The Caps are going to have to learn to play defense...unfortunately, the playoffs are already here.

This could be the best series of the first round. It's going to be a roller coaster. It's going to go 6 or 7 - 7 if Washington can get goaltending for 2 games.

Ov had 2 A 13 shots and had a good game but couldnt get one by king henrik who stole this game for the rags if not for him the score would have been run up he made amazing saves

You'd think they would try shooting high more often though. Lundqvist is about as good as it gets in covering the lower half of the net.

This guy was really forgotten this season amidst all the Mason/Thomas hype and Brodeur's record-breaker.

yea but he is an awesome goalie

Lundqvist is an excellent goalie for two reasons 1) he has a butterly style which takes the lower part of the net away - in this aspect he is the same as Gerber and a pile of other goalies.

Number 2) - this is the difference. Lundqvist has far quicker reactions and reflexes that most goalies. I'm listening and watching Luongo as I type this and the two have similar styles. Training and talent - combine the two, you have a top NHL goalie. Concentrate on training - welcome to Toskala and Gerber.

Avery did a good job tonigth. Theo need's to pick it up or he could be on the bench for game 3!
