We don't have any $$ anyway, but yeah, I think it would generate some interest.

I think Neely said it best when he said we have to add by subtracting first, now who to subtract, that is a major debate/dilemna Murray has on his hands.

O.k. Game #4 is one night away. Can the B's do it? Can they send the Habs home packing to clean out their lockers and leaving them in a "how-did-this-happen' stupor?

oh the writing is already on the wall for that one, the Habs are at their lowest point of confidence, they played their best game of the series, but still lost, they are defeated now and I am thinking that locker room knows it.

I would like to add Robert Lang to our team. I like the strides he's taken.

Lang might be an alright signing/acquisition, but prefer for the team to get younger, is there any thing Lang has (besides the obvious experience of course) that say Shannon or Foligno or even Zack Smith can't provide and cheaper. (without the ?'s too)

awesome point SF.

the fact is, I'm quite excited to see how many of our younger prospects successfully challenge (and maybe SNAG) a roster spot this coming season.

Could be a very exciting time for Sens fans.

Put up 65 points if he's healthy?

you thing Lang still has that in him? I am not saying Shannon or Foligno will reach those thresholds, but they could both be 50 point players at least, with room to grow a bit more and get better. I am all for the youth movement at this point because we have our Vets like Alfie, Big Rig, and Donovan to lead the way.

Dos Vydanya Habs...
And quite Frankly, while it must really hit home more to have as tumultuous as season as the Sens of 2 years past did ALL during their Centennial season, and for that I am truly sympathetic; but I think a CLEARING of house is in order. Gainey should be put out to pasture, and obviously a roster overhaul should (or COULD) be in store this off-season, as well as a potential new owner or owners...

Tough break for the always proud and respected Blue, Blanc et Rouge, but I think they too have hit rebuild.

As for my love for the Bruins, well, at this point, since you are in the Bell "OLE" Centre, don't drag it out, but get it done; and if you can make it look prettier, all the power to ya.

Should be ONE hell of a tilt tonight.

Also, if Gainey puts Price back in, any doubt about him being removed or fired should be gone at that point IMHO.

Oh, and I saw this while doing my morning news scan...
http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/story/?id=275917

I am just amazed that a grown man feels he must appeal to a legion of fans who I assume are mostly grown women and men to exercise and make use of common (although apparently less and less common it would seem) sense and just a sense of common f**kin' decency... again, I understand the craziness of fandom and being 'in-the-heat-of-the-moment' but this is just pathetic.

Why does my gut tell me they run the risk of booing it EVEN LOUDER tonight?

It's pretty sad that every year they have to ask the fan's not to boo. Do they not realise they have some American players.

Oh yeah dude... Tread lightly, and always have some Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia or Half-Baked on hand, just in case... Wink

Trust me, I feel your pain. We both watch CSI:NY but she OWNS American Idol and other "horrible" shows... Scared

I have got the freezer well stocked full of jumbo freezies, that is the flavour of the week so far. I am not against CSI NY, rather watch Criminal Minds, which is on during the 3rd period tonight, will be channel flipping as soon as the show is over, and thankfully I don't get stuck with American Idol much, but there is that dang blasted Dancing with the Stars. Scared
