let's hope this is not the case, but I imagine the established players already have, the younguns will keep plugging on, shannon and foligno and the like.

For the first time in my life I'm truly conflicted. I want them to lose - and I think they will - but I cannot cheer against them.

They really have to lose though, it's integral to our plans going forward...I hate this. I know how Leaf fans feel now, it sucks.

Lose commies. It's too late, just...play like you've been playing the last week. That should do nicely. Crying

Well they certainly don't have an easy road even if they play well Heater. Two games against Boston, one against Philly. I would put NJ in there too but they have begun to poop the bed for some reason. Perhaps SSF was right about Fraudeur? Sarcasm

Yeah maybe. Mel thinks so too. I think he'll rebound just in time for the playoffs, he's missing his timing it looks like, but what the heck if they get bounced in round 1 and it's his fault. Yikes.

As for our slate of teams....go Sens. Good luck with that. Sarcasm

Not surprised they'd go with Auld.

1 - It's his former team and perhaps he can get the Sens some redemption

2 - Elliott has been pulled in 2 of his last 3 starts

Thomas is 6-0-0 in his last 6 starts vs the Sens.

Yuck.

I'm sure he'll go tonight.

I think a little earlier on was a taste of how Leafs fans feel. When you want them to lose, they make the most improbable come-backs/huge upsets, like what the Sens did versus Minny.

Alfie with the goal in the first. I missed most of it - how are the boys looking?
