Good for her. I hope she wins. Ark Music Factory is shady to say the least. (The studio owner is the guy in the vid driving behind the bus full of pre-teens singing about how great his weekend is going to be. Creepy.)

Seems odd that they tried to start charging $2.99 for that as a video rental... I guess they figured it would be instant millions with the popularity of the video... but they guessed wrong!

Is that what happened? Weird. I thought (assumed, really) they'd pulled the vid while the copyright claim was pending. I take it back then. That's not the way to right the wrong.

Ark were the ones trying to charge $, not her. So yeah, Ark look pretty bad.

Fair enough. They looked bad to begin with. As shady as it gets. I read an interview with the founder. He was asked if they charge for the video. He said that they never charge for their video. In the next sentence, he said that the talent gets a great deal since they get a song, video, production, promotion, etc for only $8000. (I could be wrong about the number...I can't remember how much it was. Thousands, though.)
