I'm pretty sure that's what it is. I'm going to google it now.

I write with my right hand but swing left. Golf, hockey, baseball, even one handed racquet sports I play left (badminton/squash etc).

But I shoot a basketball with my right, and throw with my right.

Guess I couldn't make up my mind.

I write, throw, swing (raquet and club) right. I shoot left, as do most righties. I think hockey has it backward. The call it shooting left because you fit better on the left wing (puck away from the defender). Of course my left arm is doing most of the work when I shoot, so who knows.

P.S. I can shoot hoops left/right or bounce it off the top of my head. And if you saw me you still couldn't tell if I was rightie or leftie.

I shoot left in Hockey. I used to bowl with either hand when I was a kid and I catch baseballs better with my left hand. Actually that was more because that was the only glove available. I'd catch with my left, switch hands, drop the glove off my hand and then throw the ball with my left.
