Must agree though, a nice deserved raise and a fantastic deal for both sides. Look forward to seeing more of this guy.

I couldn't imagine Burrows leaving Van, but with the Sedins gone in the summer, who is he going to play with? Sundin maybe.

I think this deal allows Vancouver to keep the Sedins. Burrows really sent a message that he appreciates the organization and wants to be a Canuck.

With the cap going down though, and the Sedin's reportedly wanting 6 or 7 mil each, will Van be able to do it and have Sundin as well.

Great deal for Vancouver - Burz is having a career year, is young, and I'd rather have him at that price 1000x over Kelly.
