anyone know why he's been called up? Are Thomas or Fernandez injured? Is there anything out there indicating that they are planning on moving one of the three?

Wow. That is interesting news. I wonder if Boston wants to see what they have in Rask before they get rid of Fernandez? I suspect they want to see if Rask can handle it so that they can free up cap space to make a deadline move to improve the team going into the playoffs.

I think they'd sooner get rid of the Toolman.

Maybe it's just me but I see them gladly getting rid of Fernandez.

there's some crazy talk out there on bruins boards about Fernadez's name plate not on his stall at their practice facility, "some stickhandling" around his "minor issue" etc.
Seems fishy.
