Just copy the link on the right of the youtube screen that says Embed:
Back here click the video link button, paste the crazy text in there and press ok. I just tried it to make sure im not talking out my a$$ and it worked! :D

When I paste-in the embedding link and preview the post everything looks fine. But when I post it the embedding stuff disappears. I thought it might have had to do with my profile setting for always allowing HTML code. So I changed that to True and it still didn't work. Maybe I have to log out and log in again around the change to profile?
