Team Sweden

So it looks like the first d-pairing for the Team Sweden will be Karlsson and Hedman, should be an awseome tandem.

Maybe the Sens future top pairing as well.

Yeah, they've been playing together in all the friendlies. Karlsson's been the better player so far, though.

TS will be in tough against the Americans (best team in the tourney IMO) and the Canadians, though.

Man that would be a great future pairing. It would be like all those times when we used to have good defence. Anyone remember that?

Did anyone else take in the Sweden Slovakia game? I don't know how strong Slovakia is but Sweden was way better. All their defence join the rush and nearly all their players play physical. The line 9, 11, 22 was dominant(Moller, Johansson, Backlund). Tedenby and MSP were very good. Hedman and Karlsson played well together. Karlsson did not play very physical but he was able to get his shot through from the point and scored a goal just after a power play expired. As advertised, he skates well and makes smart passes.
